Daikon Radish

Radish (Sativus) is well known all around the world as a part of salad. Radish is a juicy vegetable and its taste is sweet and hot also.
It is very crispy in eating, so people love to eat radish in the raw form in salad.
Some people also cook it as a dish. In this dish people add its leaves also.
Radish is available in many colours like white, red, pink, purple and black. It is available in two shapes – cylindrical and round.
