Procedure : Sit on the ground spread the legs forward and place the right foot on the left thigh and left foot on the right thigh. Hold the right knee with both hands and bend your head towards right knee with exhaling. This asana to be odne in different ways frequently changing legs.
Advantages: This asana strengthen the lungs, it improves blood circulation and memory power.
