Procedure (A): Sit on the floor stretched legs in front and parallel bend right leg over the left leg and place the heel beside the left buttock. Same ways left heel on the right side keep your both hands under the knees, while exhale you should bend forward. Change the legs and hands in turn.
         (B): Sit on Gomukhasana, raise the right arm, bend it at he elbow and bring it upward to the back. Take the left arm bend it at the elbow and bring it down-ward to the back and interlock the both hands fingers, bend forward while exhale. Change the hands and legs n turn.
Advantages:This asana cures arthritis, constipation and backache. It controls high B.P. and frequent urination.
Precautions : If it is difficult to lock both hands, you should use rope or string.
