Procedure (A): Sit on the ground, stretch the legs in front and keep your right leg on left leg. Hold right food with the both hands and bring the right foot close to the left ear with exhalation do same kriya to other side.
             (B): Sit on the ground. Stretch the legs infront and keep your right leg on left leg and hold toes with both hands. Bring the right toe close to the left ear with exhalation. Repeat the pose on the other leg.
Advantages: This asana strengthens legs, hands, back shoulders and knees.
Precautions: If it is difficult to hold toes, you should use rope or string.
