Procedure:
Sit in padmasana. Rest the palms on the floor besides the hips. Slowly raise the back and legs and straight front and back.
Advantages:
This asans strengthens the joints andmuslces of the arms and improve consentration.
Precaution:
People who cannot do padmasana can even do meditation in Artha padmasana.
