Procedure: Sit in padmasana slowly raise the legs and back. Support the back on two sides with both the hands. Then bend right knee towards head. Repeat this exercise with the other leg and lowering the legs over the head till touch the ground.
Advantages: It strengthens the brain. It improves the eyesight face becomes charming it strengthens and brightens up the sense organs
