Procedure: Sit on the floor, stretched legs in front and parallel to each other, place the right foot on the floor outside the left knee. Bend the left leg to right touching the heel to right buttock. Twist the left hand around the right knee and catch the right foot while exhale turn the body to the right side, placing the right arm on the floor. Same way repeat with other leg.
Advantages: Tones the spinal nerves, muscles, helps to control fat around the back and diabetes.
Precaution: If it is difficult to hold feet, better to hold knee.
