Procedure: Sit on the ground. Stretch both the legs straight. Let the right sole touch the left thigh. Raise both the hands – breathing out, bend the chest and head slowly down so that the forehead touches the left knee and fingers touch the toes. Repeat it for 10 times then bend sides also. Some kiryas with other side.
