Procedure : Sit on the floor strech both legs forward on fold right leg from knee, bring right feet to by side of right buttock and raise both the hands, breath out bend forward and touch forehead on knee, hold left Tow with the both hands. Like this different asans shown above.
Advantages: It’s gives strenth to nurves system of legs, improve flexibility of legs, and also control Sciatica disease.
Precautions: People who are suffering form back pain shouldn’t do this asna.
