Procedure: Lie down straight on your back touching the floor. Fold both the legs with raising knees upward touching the feet to the floor. Hold both the ankles with both the hands. Then breath in slowly and lift the waist up. Breath out slowly and bring back, body to the original position. Repeat this 8 to 10 times.
Benefits: Strengthens the muscles of the thigh calf and spinal card.
