Procedure: Lie straight on the back. Take the hands back, place the palms on the ground above the shoulders on beside the ears and bend your legs at knees with palm and feet support raise the head, shoulders, back upwards to look like a chakram slowly come back to normal position. Repeat it 5 to 6 times.
Advantages: Through this asans elasticity of the spine preserves youth for a very long time. Strengthens abdominal muscles, lungs, hands and shoulders. This asana cures uterus problems for ladies.
Precaution: A person suffering for High B.P. Spondylitis, heart problem back pain should not practice this asana.
