Procedure (A): Lie down on the floor on your back straight, stretch your hands straight back and keep in Namaskara Mudra position. Then up lift head, hands and legs at a time up on down. Repeat this asana 6 to 8 times
         (B): Keeping both the hands on the back of the neck interlocking the fingers of the hand up lift head hands and legs at the time up and down repeat this asana 6 to 8 times.
Benefits: It helps in improving the abdominal problems and hernia.
