Procedure: |
Lie on the back. Bend both the knees. Raise the back and thighs upward. And take support with hands under the back. Maintaining the same position, raise right leg come back, and raise left leg then both the legs. |

It strengthens the muscle of back and legs. |
Caution: |
While listing the legs take the support of your hands. If it is difficult, don’t lift legs. |
