Procedure:
Lie down on the back than fold the right leg from the knees then press the folded right leg into the stomach the same with left leg also. Repeat it for 10-15 times.
Benefits:
It removes the gas from the abdomen and reduces constipation.
Note:
Those who got knee pains should not do this Asana
