Procedure: Lie down on the floor on your stomach keeping both the arms by side of shoulders stretching the legs straight. Keeping the palm of the both the hands lift the chest and head straight up bending back the spinal card. Then turn the head to the right then left. Repeat this exercise 6 to 8 times.
Benefits: It releases the stiffness of the spinal card.
