Procedure: Kneel on raised heels, bend forward from the hips keeping arms and head in a straight line. At this stage hands and for head should eventually rest on the floor then remove the support of hands and bend your knees towards ground for 10 times.
Benefits: 1. Strengthens the nerves and muscles
2. It reduces the hair fall
Note: Tho who have B.P. neck pain should not do this asana.
