Procedure (A): Lie flat on the back, bend the right leg and hold with both the hands and stretch upwards. Same way do with left leg also repeat it 5 to 10 times.
          (B): Lie flat on the back bend right leg and holds with left hand and stretch left side on the ground. Same way do with other leg also repeat it 5 to 6 times.
Advantages: It strengthens leg muscles and controls seatica pain.
