Procedure: Lie down on the abdomen, keep your hands in-front of the head and bend your right leg hold it with left arm. Lift your whole body and rest on abdomen. Do it in different methods by changing legs and hands shown above.
Advantages: It gives strength to the neck, waist and back.
Precautions: People suffering from hermia, stomach pain should be prevented from doing this asana.
