Procedure (A):
Lie on your stomach, keeping of both the hands by side of shoulders. Then raise the upper body by the strength of the back muscles taking the help of the hands inhaling slowly.
(B):
Repeat this asana by bending the knees.
Benefits:
Helps in keeping the spinal card strong and helps in reducing the abdominal fat.
