Procedure:
Lie down on your back on the floor straight then stretch both the hands horizontally on either side of the shoulders. Then keep the heel of the left leg up on the right toe. Then turn the both the feet right. Middle and left. Repeat this keeping the right leg up on the left leg toe. Then turn the left,
Position: Right – Center – Left
Breath : Out – in – out
