Procedure: Lie full length on the floor on the stomach with face downwards. Keep hands by side of the chest and raise the head and chest, do it in different angles shown above.
Advantages: This asana removes spinal pain and cures other spinal problems.
Strengthens the chest, lungs, heart and neck muscles.
