Procedure: Sit in vajrasan or sukhasan before a session of yoga exercises warm-up posses in very important to do so as to keep the body physically ready for the yoga exercise that one want to practice. The warm-up exercises for shoulder lift, shoulder stretches, hands, neck through fingers joints etc.
Benefits: These kriyas use for strengthens hands, shoulders, mouslces and to cure spondilytis frozen shoulder etc.
