SARPASANA

Procedure: Lie down on your stomach. Keep your palms beside the chest. Lift your whole body on toes and palms with exhalation, turn to your right side and see back side. Same way take deep inhalation see to top and turn your heck to left side, see back side repeat this procedure 12 times.
Position: Right – Center – Left
Breath: Out – in – out
Advantages: It gives strength to the neck and throat.

URDVA HASTASANAM

Procedure: Stand straight, raise the hands up and join the fingers of one hand with those of the other hand (inter lock) with exhalation bend your hands to right side and then to left side.
Stretch your hands up.
Position: Right – Center – Left
Breath : Out – in – out
Advantages: This asana improves the digestive system.

KATEE - CHAKRASANAM

Procedure: Stand erect and keeping distance between the feet. Stretch the arms keep the fingers opposite parallel to the ground with exhalation swing hands to side ways like left palm to shoulder, right palm to left shoulder. Inhale while moving to the middle position and exhale while moving to the other sides.
Position: Right – Center – Left
Breath: Out – in – out
Advantages: By doing this Asana the food in intestines move freely and hence helps digestion of food easily.

UDARA AKARSHANA ASAMAM

Procedure: Sit on both the feet catch both hands with both the knees bend the left knee towards the ground near the right heel and breath out then centre and other side also repeat it 12 counts.
Position: Right – Center – Left
Breath : Out – in – out
Advantages: Constipation, pistula, phills are control then curved by this asan.
