Kishan Bagh
The temple of Kishan Bagh was built by Rajah Raghu Ram Brahmu Khatri in 1822. The temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna and has a consecrated idol of the Lord. It is situated on the way to Himayat Sagar, near the Nehru Zoological Park. Adjacent to the temple, there is a dargah of a Muslim saint, Syed Shah Najamullah Russani. During the rule of Nizam, a Jagir yielding an annual income of eight thousand rupees was granted for the maintenance of the temple. There is an annual ritual performed in this temple during the month of October on a full moon day, which is attended, by thousands of pilgrims.
